Use of the accommodation \/ fitter\u2019s apartment<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89316ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"89316ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe accommodation or fitter\u2019s apartment may only be used by the number of people booked. Please treat the furnishings with care and handle all items with respect. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b56e129 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b56e129\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Quiet hours and consideration<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f8fc16 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f8fc16\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOut of consideration for other residents, quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and loud celebrations are not permitted. Social evenings with quiet music are of course allowed. As the hallway carries sound easily, please be especially quiet there and avoid unnecessary noise.   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc7b036 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bc7b036\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. No smoking<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e194d6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e194d6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur house is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, on the balconies, and anywhere on the property. Smoke detectors are installed in the apartments. In the event of non-compliance, a contractual penalty of \u20ac250.00 plus any cleaning and loss-of-income costs will be charged.   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f39a37a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f39a37a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Tidiness and handling of the furnishings<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d14631 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d14631\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPlease do not take any items from the accommodation. If something is damaged, please inform us immediately. Damage can happen, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We also ask that you keep the accommodation clean and tidy and use the existing waste separation system. The parquet floors are sensitive and must therefore not be walked on with outdoor shoes.    \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-808d43a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"808d43a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Next to the house there is a small wooden shed with clearly labelled bins for paper, residual waste and organic waste. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52f1c86 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"52f1c86\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Loss must be reported immediately.
