General Terms and Conditions (T)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the accommodation and all related services between the landlord and the guest.
2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
By submitting a booking request, the guest makes a binding offer to the landlord to conclude a rental agreement. The contract is only concluded upon written confirmation by the landlord.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due within 3 days after booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
- If payment is not made on time, the landlord may withdraw from the contract.
4. Arrival and Departure
- The accommodation is available from 4 PM on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10 AM at the latest.
- Other times can be arranged individually.
5. Use of the Accommodation
- The accommodation may only be used by the agreed number of persons.
- Parties, events, or disturbing noise are not permitted.
- The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care.
6. Pets
Pets are only allowed with the landlord’s prior express consent.
7. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
8. Withdrawal and Cancellation
The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The receipt of the withdrawal declaration by the landlord is decisive.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- from 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
The landlord recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
9. Liability
- The landlord is only liable for intent and gross negligence.
- No liability is assumed for items brought in by the guest.
- The guest is liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or its inventory.
10. Wi-Fi Use
The provided Wi-Fi access may only be used within the framework of legal provisions. Illegal downloads or unlawful use are prohibited.
11. Force Majeure
If the accommodation cannot be provided due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official orders), there is no obligation to pay damages.
12. Data Protection
Personal data of the guest will be stored exclusively for contract processing and will not be passed on to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation.
13. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these T be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – as far as legally permissible – the domicile of the landlord.
